Operated by Phuket Andaman Twilight Co., Ltd., these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and sea canoe adventure activities in Phang Nga Bay. By making a booking or participating in our activities, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Participation Requirements
Please review before booking
The following conditions may prevent participation in sea canoe activities:
- Pregnancy
- Heart disease, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions (including diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, or congenital diseases)
- Recent surgery or injuries (within the past 12 months), especially involving the back, shoulders, or arms
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Inability to swim (life jackets provided but basic water comfort required)

4 – 75 years old
Must be fully 4 years old on the activity date
Experience
No experience needed
Professional paddlers guide all canoes
Final determination of fitness to participate is at the discretion of our safety staff and boat captain.
Weather & Sea Conditions Policy
Rain, storms, and marine safety
- Tours operate as normal in light rain conditions — Phang Nga Bay is protected by limestone karsts.
- Light rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund. However, guests may reschedule their date (subject to availability).
- In case of strong winds, storms, rough seas, or unsafe marine conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour for guest safety.
- If Twilight Sea Canoe cancels due to unsafe conditions, guests will receive a full refund or free reschedule.
- By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions. All operations are subject to captain and crew discretion.

Date Changes
Changing the tour date is free of charge when requested at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability).
Date changes requested less than 48 hours before the tour may incur a 500 THB administrative fee per booking.

- Comfortable clothes that can get wet (swimwear recommended)

- Light jacket or long sleeves for evening (optional)
- Waterproof bag for valuables (or use our dry bags provided)
